Customers can come to our company to inspect the workshop and visit the on-site production process. The prototype exhibition hall of HONRONS showcases the company’s key models. Customers can communicate with the sales staff in advance according to the materials they need to recycle, and make an appointment for the start-up sample display in advance, so that customers can have a more intuitive understanding of our machines. For large production lines, we can negotiate to visit our customer’s factory.

After Sale Service

Installation, commissioning and training. If necessary, HONRONS after-sales service personnel can provide on-site machine installation and commissioning and personnel training services. Machine installation dimensions and service requirements will be provided to customers before the machine is shipped, which can help customers make preparations before installation and improve efficiency

HONRONS has spare parts inventory, and has a dedicated after-sales service department to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts. Depending on the situation, spare parts can be shipped by air, sea or courier. We also recommend that customers keep some common spare parts that are easy to wear, such as knives and screens, so that they can be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
